Deductions, Earnings, and Garnishments

Added a new validation warning to the employee HR record in People in the Payroll > Garnishments screen for the Family Responsibility Office (FRO) in Ontario. In a garnishment entry, this new validation ensures the correct format is used to enter the FRO case number in the Properties tab in the Order Number field. The accepted format of the case number is seven digits that must start with the number zero or one. No other characters or spaces are allowed. You can also now reuse the same case number in the Order Number field for a secondary garnishment, but only for the same employee.
