1275968 1275985	Improved the default offer letter workflow by adding a Workflow Comments field in the Create/Edit Offer wizard. This field lets the submitter provide comments to the approvers in the workflow. The candidate doesn't see these comments. The field is grouped in the new Workflow Details section, along with the existing Workflow, Workflow Approvers, and Expiration in Days fields. The Create/Edit Offer wizard is available when you click Offer in the toolstrip of the Candidates tab for requisitions in Recruiting > Job Requisitions and Letter Management is not configured.
