Added the ability to apply stricter Multifactor Authentication (MFA) policies to certain user roles in Dayforce. To support this update, the ability to configure multiple MFA policies was added to the MFA Configuration tab in System Admin > Multifactor Authentication. Now, you can add new policies by clicking the Add button at the top of the page next to the Save button. This feature allows you to create new policies and customize the MFA policy settings for specific user roles. You can also use the Delete button to remove selected policies from your list that are no longer needed. Additionally, you can now specify how the appropriate policy should be determined when multiple policies are applied to a user. To support this update, a new field was added to the MFA Configuration tab with the following options:
The first option ensures that the user is always required to use the most secure policy available. The second option ensures that the policy associated with the user's default role is implemented.

Added the ability to remind users to complete the registration for Multifactor Authentication (MFA) to ensure that their information is well protected. To support this update, an Enable daily MFA registration reminder notifications switch was added to the MFA Configuration tab in System Admin > Multifactor Authentication. Now, you can enable Dayforce to send daily reminders to users who are subject to MFA and have not completed the registration process. Reminders will be sent based on the allowed notification channels within the user’s notification preferences. Additionally, you can specify the maximum number of reminders that can be sent to users. To support this feature, a Maximum number of reminder notifications field was added to the MFA Configuration tab in System Admin > Multifactor Authentication.
