Jobs and Job Assignments

Added the ability to assign skills and expected proficiency levels to job assignments for your organization. To support this update, the Skills section was added in the Jobs and Job Assignments tab of Org Setup > Jobs and Job Assignments.

To add skills to a job assignment:

1. Go to Org Setup > Jobs and Job Assignments and click the Jobs and Job Assignments tab.
2. In the left sidebar, find the job assignment that you want to add skills to.
3. In the Skills section of the job assignment details:
   1. Click Add.
   2. In the Skill Name field, enter a search term and then select the skill that you want to add.
   3. (Optional) In the Expected proficiency drop-down list, select the proficiency level required for the skill.
4. Click Save. The Last Modified Date and Last Modified By fields are populated by default when you save the skill.

The list of available skills and proficiencies is based on the European Skills, Competences, Qualifications and Occupations (ESCO) system. Custom skills and proficiency levels are not supported.
