Users now have access to a more concise list of resources that are tailored to their roles, enhancing their ability to effectively troubleshoot issues. The User Menu under Troubleshooting Resources has been updated as follows:
- The Activate Troubleshooting Wiki is now visible only to Dayforce employees.
- The Configuration Validation Tool is now listed under the Data Load Troubleshooting heading for all non-Customer users.
- The “Customer Management Tools” heading has been removed for all users because it no longer contains any items.
Additionally, the separate link and permission for the Configuration Validation Tool have been removed, simplifying resource access.
