Users can now install the Minnesota sick policy in Activate with the latest compliance changes to ensure that their customers have the most up-to-date configuration in their environment. The updated Minnesota sick policy includes the following changes:
- Employees accrue 1 hour for every 30 hours worked, starting immediately upon employment.
- Employees can accrue up to 48 hours per year and carry over up to 80 hours into the new year.
- The sick balance can’t exceed 80 hours of combined current year and prior years' accrual, with a minimum value of zero to prevent overuse.
- The Max Rollover value has been updated to 80 on the Levels page.
