The new KiwiSaver for New Zealand Employees Wizard is accessible under Load your Data. It is positioned directly below the Superannuation Data for Australian Employees Wizard. This addition is available for all projects with employees in New Zealand. The new Wizard facilitates the loading of KiwiSaver details for New Zealand employees in day.
Users can download a data template along with detailed instructions, which collects both mandatory and supplementary fields required by Dayforce for the Employee KiwiSaver data. Users can download the new data template from the Wizard, or from the Download All Templates page from the top-right Profile menu.
Once the data file has been loaded, it becomes visible in an editable grid. You have the option to directly edit formation in the grid or, alternatively, you can choose to download the Employee KiwiSaver Data template, make necessary updates, and then upload the modified data.
While editing in the grid, Activate will promptly present any pertinent validation warnings or errors. Should any warnings or errors arise, it's crucial to diligently review and address them by either updating the data directly within the grid or by uploading a corrected template.
After successful installation, the data will be accessible within the Employee HR profile, in the Payroll section under KiwiSaver and Superannuation.
