The <BindingProperty> tag is used for the data source of the field.
To automatically populate date picker data sources with the next pay date of the associated employee's pay group, configure the binding property of the field with the 'NextPayDate' value.
Note: The <BindingProperty> tag is ignored for <MarkAsRequired> marked labels. In addition, if both <BindingProperty> and <Caption> tags are used for a label, the <Caption> tag is ignored.
