The Work Location Alert report lists all affected employees who might be present at a work location on a given day. The report must be run daily to view affected employees who might be present at the workplace.
This report only includes employees who have employee properties in their profile set as follows:
- The COVID-19 Medical Advice property with one of the following values selected:
- Yes and I was advised isolation
- Yes and I was not recommended any tests
- Yes and I was recommended tests
- The COVID-19 Location property with an effective start date on the current date.
The report has the following columns:
- Employee: Shows the employee's name and employee number.
- Manager: Shows the manager's name and employee number.
- Location: Shows the location of the employee's primary work assignment.
- COVID-19 Medical Advice: Shows the option selected for the COVID-19 Medical Advice property.
- COVID-19 Test Results: Shows the option selected for the COVID-19 Test Results property.
- COVID-19 Test Date: Shows the date entered for the COVID-19 Test Date property.
- COVID-19 Anticipated Test Date: Shows the date entered for the COVID-19 Anticipated Test Results Date property.
- Date Reported to Location: Shows the effective date that the employee selected for the location in the COVID-19 Report Work Location form (the date that the employee worked at the location).
- COVID-19 Attributes: Shows “COVID-19 Location.”
- COVID-19 Details: Shows the location name that the employee selected in the COVID-19 Report Work Location form.
