WFM Hours Qualifier

Before You Begin: The hourly calculations are based on the current time and attendance records of the Dayforce Workforce Management features. To configure eligibility based on the time recorded on committed pay runs in Dayforce Payroll, see Payroll / Work Eligibility Qualifier.

The WFM Hours Qualifier defines employees' eligibility to participate in the associated benefit plan, option, coverage period, rate, or enrollment based on their hours or earnings derived from the current time and attendance records of the Dayforce Workforce Management features.

For an example of a common use of the WFM Hours Qualifier, see WFM Hours Qualifier Example.
