Managers can view employee performance record updates for an individual employee in the Performance section of the Talent screen in People. These records include:
- Performance reviews from the Performance feature. These entries can be expanded to view details such as review start day, end date, rating score, and reviewer. This information is updated from the Performance feature and can't be updated in this section.
- Performance score updates made via the Performance score card slider in the Talent Factors section, available with the Succession Planning feature.
- External performance reviews that can be added and maintained in this section. External reviews aren't related to the Performance feature.
The Source column indicates the origin of the review (performance review, talent review, manual entry, external, imported).
