The following tokens are available in Vacation Bidding Setup in the Notifications tab:

| Bidding Window End Date Time | The date and end time of the bidding window. |
| Bidding Window End Date Time UTC | The date and end time of the bidding window, with the end time shown in the UTC time zone format. |
| Bidding Window Start Date Time | The date and start time of the bidding window. |
| Bidding Window Start Date Time UTC | The date and start time of the bidding window, with the start time shown in the UTC time zone format. |
| Calendar Name | The calendar name shown in Vacation Bidding > Vacation Bidding Sessions in the Calendar column for the associated session. |
| Employee Display Name | The employee’s display name in Dayforce, as configured using the Name Display Format client property. This client property is located in System Admin > Client Properties in the Properties tab, in the Employee section. |
| Employee First Name | First Name field in the employee’s profile. |
| Employee Last Name | Last Name field in the employee’s profile. |
| Employee Number | Employee Number field in the employee’s profile. |
| Group Name | The name of the vacation bidding group assigned to the session. |
| Period End Date | The end date of the eligible vacation period in which employees can bid on vacation days. |
| Period Name | The period name shown in Vacation Bidding > Vacation Bidding Sessions in the Period column for the associated session. |
| Period Round End Date | The end date of the submission round in which employees bid on eligible vacation days. |
| Period Round Processing Date | The processing date of the submission round in which employees bid on eligible vacation days. |
| Period Round Start Date | The start date of the submission round in which employees bid on eligible vacation days. |
| Period Start Date | The start date of the eligible vacation period in which employees can bid on vacation days. |
| Policy Name | The bidding policy name that’s associated with the calendar for the vacation bidding session. |
| Request Denied Reason | The reason that the request was denied. |
| Request End Date | The end date of the bid request period. |
| Request Reference Date | The reference date of the bid request period. |
| Request Start Date | The start date of the bid request period. |
| Session Name | The vacation bidding session name. |
