You can use the User Defined Holiday Overtime Rule to pay employees a premium for hours worked under certain pay codes if the hours overlap with a holiday. For example, you can configure Dayforce to pay a separate premium for overtime hours if they're worked on a holiday. This rule is similar to the existing Holiday Rule, except that it awards hours under selected pay codes and categories as a separate premium if they're worked on a holiday. The Holiday Rule specifies a separate premium to be paid on holidays, without looking at other pay codes or categories.
