Upload a Logo in Site Setup

In Site Setup > Client, in the Images tab, you can upload an image to use as the default company logo in Recruiting. Once uploaded, no additional configuration required.

Before You Begin: Supported file types are JPEG and PNG. Don't upload a TIF image, because these aren't supported in Dayforce.

Add a Default Recruiting Logo

To upload a default logo:

  1. Go to Site Setup > Client and click the Images tab.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Do the following for each of the displayed fields:
    • Name: Enter a name for the image.
    • Description: (Optional) Enter a description for the image.
    • Image Type: Select Recruiting Logo.
    • Start Date: Enter the date from which the image will be available to users.
    • End Date: (Optional) Enter the date after which the image will no longer be available to users.
    • Comment: (Optional) Enter a comment for the image.
  4. In the Image section, select Upload in the Edit Image drop-down list. The application displays the Open window.
  5. Select the image that you want to add from your files, and then click Open. Dayforce uploads the selected image file and displays a preview of it in the Image section.
  6. Note: If needed, you can remove the selected image by selecting Remove in the Edit Image drop-down list.
  7. Click Save.

If needed, you can delete the logo by selecting it in the Images tab and clicking Delete.

Important: While logos that you delete in the Image Management tab of Recruiting Setup > Branding Management remain available in the client sites and offer letters/templates where they are already used, this isn't the case for the default logo configured in the Images tab of Site Setup > Client. If you delete the default logo here, it's no longer available on the career sites or offer letters/templates where it was used.
