The Union Membership Qualifier qualifies employees for pay rules based on which unions they belong to. For example, you could use this qualifier to implement different overtime requirements for different unions.

| Invert output | By default, employees who belong to the unions selected in the Eligible union memberships setting qualify for the associated pay rule. With this checkbox selected, the reverse is true and employees who belong to the selected unions don’t qualify. |
