The Time Qualifier defines the time frame in which the rule performs its adjustment action.
| Setting | Description |

| Start Anchor | The time frame of the qualifier. The start of the calculation period can be calculated from EndOfForecastWeek, EndOfForecastYear, StartOfForecastWeek, or StartOfForecastYear. |
| Start Offset Unit Type | The offset of the time period, based on the anchored start date. The offset can be defined in days, weeks, or years. |
| End Anchor | The time frame of the qualifier. The end of the calculation period can be calculated from EndOfForecastWeek, EndOfForecastYear, StartOfForecastWeek, or StartOfForecastYear. |
| End Offset Unit Type | The offset of the time period, based on the anchored end date. The offset can be defined in days, weeks, or years. |
| End Offset | The number of units to offset the end anchor by. For example, to offset the start anchor by one day, enter 1 and select Days in the End Offset Unit Type drop-down list. |
