On the Organization Designer toolstrip, you can search the hierarchy for positions, business units, or people who occupy positions. Refresh works based on the selected as of date.
The additional options drop-down list contains many of the actions that you can take in the Organization Designer. Click additional options (
) to see the actions that you can take in the screen you have open. Depending on which screen you have open (Business Units, Positions, or Configuration), the list contains options such as Problems, Import, Export, Generate Position Data, and Import History.
