The Efficiency Score Settings Tab

Efficiency score settings, created in the Efficiency Score Settings tab in Plan Setup > KPI Metadata, are used to define ideal and actual efficiency scores, allowing managers to create ideal labor curves through actual distribution or forecast distribution. They can also define:

  • Whether meals and breaks are included in the aggregation.
  • Rounding thresholds to the nearest interval.

Include Meal/Breaks

Checkbox used to calculate efficiencies where you can use the clock entries throughout the day to build the labor curve instead of using the data from LaborKPIAxisMinute.

Calculate Actual Efficiency

Checkbox used to specify whether Dayforce calculates the actual efficiency.

Source Vs Actual Curve Drop-down list for selecting which coverage source to measure the actual curve against when determining actual efficiency. The options are Ideal Curve, Labor Demand Curve, and Schedule Curve.
