Efficiency score settings, created in the Efficiency Score Settings tab in Plan Setup > KPI Metadata, are used to define ideal and actual efficiency scores, allowing managers to create ideal labor curves through actual distribution or forecast distribution. They can also define:
- Whether meals and breaks are included in the aggregation.
- Rounding thresholds to the nearest interval.
Setting | Description |
---|---|
Rounding Threshold (Minutes) | Field for entering how much of an interval (that is, 0 to 15 minutes) must be covered by a clock entry segment for the interval to be considered covered by the clock entry |
Include Meal/Breaks |
Checkbox used to calculate efficiencies where you can use the clock entries throughout the day to build the labor curve instead of using the data from LaborKPIAxisMinute. |
Calculate Actual Efficiency |
Checkbox used to specify whether Dayforce calculates the actual efficiency. |
Source Vs Actual Curve | Drop-down list for selecting which coverage source to measure the actual curve against when determining actual efficiency. The options are Ideal Curve, Labor Demand Curve, and Schedule Curve. |
