In System Admin > Background Jobs, the Available Jobs tab shows a list of background jobs. It also shows, when available, information about the most recent time the job ran in the Last Reference, Last Status, Last Started, and Last Ended columns:
The Last Status column contains an icon and text representation of the last status of a given background job: Completed, Error, Paused, or Queued.
There are five main buttons in the Available Jobs tab:
- Refresh: Refresh the list of background jobs.
- Run: Open a dialog box with job-specific settings after you select a background job.
- Schedule: Create a scheduled background job. After you configure the settings for the scheduled job and save, it appears in the Scheduled Jobs tab. There are three main components, or tabs, in the background job schedule wizard: Job Parameters, Schedule, and Confirmation.
- Job Parameters: Contains the settings that are unique to each background job.
- Schedule: Contains schedule frequency and duration options.
- Confirmation: Contains a summary of the job setting and schedule choices you have made.
- Search: Enter search terms in the Search field, and the list of jobs updates as you type.
- Date/Time Display: Choose from the following three options to set the date/time display for background jobs:
- System Time Zone
- Client Preferred Time Zone
- User Time Zone
