You can use the Talent Qualifier to restrict rules based on whether an employee satisfied the requirements for a specific assessment in the Assessments feature. For example, you could configure the specific assessments that the employee needs to satisfy the requirements for before they qualify for a rule.
Note: The assessments functionality is currently supported only for customers who use the new Dayforce Learning feature. Contact your Dayforce support representative for more information.
Before You Begin: To use the Talent Qualifier you need to configure one or more assessments. See Assessment Configuration.
