In System Admin > Client Properties, you can configure several client settings that control specific behavior in your instance of Dayforce. These settings can have a large impact on Dayforce functionality.
The following is a list of tabs in System Admin > Client Properties with brief descriptions for each:
- Contacts: Contains information for different contacts and contact types for your organization (for example, Benefits Admin, Payroll Admin, ROE Contact, and ROE Issuer).
- Addresses: Contains address information for your organization.
- Properties: Contains sections that describe client properties:
- General: Contains details used by multiple features in Dayforce to control application behavior.
- Messages: Contains properties used by Dayforce to control how and when certain messages are shown.
- Employee: Contains properties for employee details used by HR.
- Timesheet: Contains properties that control how Dayforce shows information on timesheets.
- Time and Attendance: Contains properties used by WFM for time and attendance.
- Scheduling: Contains properties that control how Dayforce schedules employees and shows information in Schedules.
- Multi-Week Calendar: Contains properties that control how information is shown in Multi-Week Calendar.
- Payroll: Contains properties used by the Payroll feature to control payroll processing behavior.
- Dayforce Wallet: Contains properties that control Dayforce Wallet functionality.
- Reporting: Contains properties that control some aspects of ad hoc reporting functionality in Dayforce.
- Benefits: Contains properties that control Benefits functionality.
- Position Management: Contains properties that control Position Management functionality in Dayforce.
- Security: Contains properties that control security related functionality in Dayforce.
- Billing And Support: Contains billing information related to your organization. This tab is typically available only to Dayforce Customer Support users.
