Controls access to the Submit button in Schedules and Centralized Schedules. When a schedule is submitted, it requires a manager’s approval.
- When all of the checkboxes are cleared, users don’t have access to the Submit button. Instead, Dayforce shows the Post button, and users can post schedules without requiring manager approval.
- Assign the Can Create, Can Read, Can Update, and Can Delete permissions to the user roles whose schedules require approval before they’re posted.
Note: The Submit or Post button is shown in Schedules and Centralized Schedules only when users have access to the Schedules > Post Schedules role feature. This role feature is located in System Admin > Roles in the Features tab. See Schedules.
