Employee payslips are available to employees in self-service (ESS). Employers can view them in the employee preview slide-out panel in Payroll, or in the Statements > Earning Statements screen of People.
If you are logged in with the English (UK) culture setting, "earning statement" becomes "payslip" in the interface.
The payslip available to ESS includes your organization’s logo, if one is configured in Site Setup > Client in the Images tab.
The table below shows the items on payslips and the source of that information in Dayforce. You can add additional items to payslips, such as the legal entity's business number, in Payroll Setup > Report Output.

Earnings are listed by their display name as set up in Payroll Setup > Earnings and Deductions. Entries are included in current pay period and year-to-date columns.
Deductions, which refer to employer deductions, are listed by their display name as set up in Payroll Setup > Earnings and Deductions. Government-mandated contributions, such as CPF and ECF, are listed under the Statutory Deductions payslip section.
All memo earnings and deductions are included under the Memo section.

The Net Pay section includes the method of payment. The employee's bank account information is shown, as set up in the Payroll > Direct Deposit screen of People. However, their account number is masked for privacy.
The Wages Information section includes the following information:
- Current and YTD ordinary wages earned in the pay period stated on the payslip.
- Current and YTD additional wages earned in the pay period stated on the payslip.
The CPF Information section includes the following information:
- Current and YTD employer CPF contributions for the pay period stated on the payslip.
- Current and YTD employee CPF contributions for the pay period stated on the payslip.
If present, earnings from a previous pay period that is paid out in the current pay period are displayed on the last page of the pay slip in the Arrears Information section.
