The Shift Length Qualifier restricts rules so that they examine only shifts of a specified duration. For example, you can use it to specify that only shifts that are at least four hours in duration count toward an employee’s number of shifts per week.
| Setting | Description |
|---|---|
| Min Threshold | The minimum shift duration, in minutes, that the associated rule examines. Shifts that are shorter in duration than the specified threshold aren’t examined by the rule. Leave blank and the qualifier doesn’t examine shifts for a minimum duration. |
| Max Threshold | The maximum shift duration, in minutes, that the associated rule examines. Shifts that are longer in duration than the specified threshold aren’t examined by the rule. Leave blank and the qualifier doesn’t examine shifts for a maximum duration. |
