The Shift End Qualifier restricts the rule to examine time and attendance records that end only between specific time ranges. For example, it can be used so that premiums are paid to shifts where employees clocked out between 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM, by associating it with the Premium Rule and specifying that qualifying shifts must end between 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM.
