The Shift Available notification lets users know when unfilled shifts are posted for bidding. Subscribed users can receive a notification via Message Center, email, text message, or the mobile app.
Shift bidding refers to a process where employees submit bids to pick up unfilled shifts. Their manager reviews the bids and approves or rejects them. See Shift Bids and “Manage Unfilled Shift Bids” in the Manager Guide.
