The Shift Available notification lets users know when unfilled shifts are posted for bidding. Subscribed users can receive a notification via Message Center, email, text message, or the mobile app.
Shift bidding refers to a process where employees submit bids to pick up unfilled shifts. Their manager reviews the bids and approves or rejects them. For more information, see:
