You can set expiration dates for schedule acceptance offers using the Expire Schedule Acceptance Offer background job in System Admin > Background Jobs. When the background job runs, it removes expired offers and the affected employees’ shifts return to how they were originally scheduled. You also receive a notification that contains details on the expired offer.
To set expiration dates for schedule acceptance offers:
- Go to System Admin > Background Jobs and click the Available Jobs tab.
- Select the Expire Schedule Acceptance Offer background job and then click Run Job.
- Configure the background job’s settings and click Run.
