Controls a user's ability to create, read, update, and delete schedules for unlocked, transmitted periods.
- Select Can Create and users can add shifts to schedules in transmitted periods. This level of access is also required for users to load shift rotations, copy weeks, and fill unfilled shifts.
- Select Can Read and users can view schedules in transmitted periods.
- Select Can Update and users can edit shifts in transmitted periods. This level of access is also required to use the Find Candidate functionality.
- Select Can Delete and users can delete scheduled shifts in transmitted periods.
Users are only granted access to schedules in unlocked, transmitted periods if they’re also assigned the appropriate access to the existing schedule authorizations:
- To access current or future transmitted periods, users must be assigned both the Schedule Retro Access authorization and the Schedule Data authorization.
- To access past transmitted periods, users must be assigned the Schedule Retro Access authorization as well as both the Schedule Data and Edit Past Schedules authorizations.
