If you have a combination of filters that you use often, you can save it as a favorite.
To save a set of filters as a favorite:
- Configure the set of filters.
- Click Favorites.
- Click Save Favorite As.
- In the Add New Favorite dialog box that opens, enter a name for the filter in the Name field.
- Select the Load by Default checkbox if you want this to be your default filter.
- Click Save.
To use a saved filter:
- Click the Favorites drop-down list.
- Select the name of the favorite.
Dayforce applies the filter and returns records based on it.
To update an existing favorite:
- Select the filter set in the Favorites drop-down list.
- Update the parameters and values.
- Click Save Favorite As in the Favorites drop-down list. The Add New Favorite dialog box opens.
- Select the name of the existing favorite.
- Click Save.
- In the Confirm Overwrite dialog box, click Overwrite to update the favorite.
Select Favorites > Manage Favorites to perform any of the following tasks:
- Delete a favorite.
- Set a favorite to be your default each time that you open the tab.
- Clear the default filter set.
