This section describes the qualifiers you can attach to rules to restrict when they're applied to your organization's data. Qualifiers describe when Dayforce uses or applies the rules to your organization's payroll or time and attendance information. They describe conditions, such as whether it's a weekend, a holiday, or if the employee is paid hourly, which must be met before Dayforce uses the rule. Dayforce applies a rule and its settings only when the conditions defined in its qualifiers are true.
