For employees based in Australia, Dayforce shows the Right to Work section in the Personal > Confidential Information screen of People:
In the Right to Work section, select one of the following options in the Right to Work Entitlement drop-down list to determine which documents can be provided:
- Limited
- None
- Unlimited
In addition, Dayforce shows the following additional columns in the Identification section for employees who are assigned to Australian pay groups:
- Use for RTW: Select the checkbox to use the identification document as support for the employee's right to work (RTW).
- RTW List: Select the right to work entitlement in the drop-down list.
- RTW Document: Select the document in the drop-down list. The list of documents is filtered based on the selected right to work entitlement.
- Doc Review: Select whether the document was accepted or rejected in the drop-down list.
- Reviewed By: Automatically populated with the manager's details when the document is reviewed.
- Reviewed On: Automatically populated with the date when the document is reviewed.
You can also configure RTW information in the Right To Work Document Upload form, which can be assigned to Forms in People, Home > Forms, or other areas in Dayforce where forms are shown.
