Period Information
Dayforce shows information on the loaded period, and any tasks that are currently running, in the slide-out panel at the top right.
Average Hours Calculation Results
The Average Hours Calculation Results chart shows a breakdown of the number of employees that were qualified as full-time, the number that weren't qualified as full-time, the number for which average hours haven't been calculated, and the number of employee eligibility records in an error state.
Full Time Statistics
The Full Time Statistics chart shows a breakdown of the employees assigned in the current period based on a comparison between the employee's current status and their status from the previous period.
- Newly Full Time Employees: The number of employees that qualified as full-time for the current period, and weren't qualified as full-time in the prior period, or weren't included in the prior period.
- Employees No Longer Full Time: The number of employees that didn't qualify as full-time for the current period, and were qualified as full-time in the prior period, or weren't included in the prior period.
- Employees Continuing Full Time: The number of employees that qualified as full-time for the current period, and were qualified as full-time in the prior period.
- Employees Continuing Not Full Time: The number of employees that didn't qualify as full-time for the current period, and weren't qualified as full-time in the prior period.
Approval Status
The Approval Status chart shows a breakdown of the number of employees whose eligibility records have been approved, and the number of employees whose eligibility records are pending approval.

Enrollment Status
The Enrollment Status graph shows a breakdown of the actions applied to employees, based on their status for the current period. Depending on the change in the employee's status, it might be necessary to end coverage to exist PPACA option elections, or enable an enrollment.
