Reporting

The client properties in the Reporting section of the Properties tab in System Admin > Client Properties control some aspects of the ad hoc reporting functionality in Dayforce.

Enable Dataset Pagination in Analytics Data Connector

Select this checkbox to enable pagination when retrieving a dataset in Analytics Data Connector.

Maximum page size for Analytics Data Connector (select any value from 32 MB to 2000 MB)

Enter a value in megabytes to set a maximum page size for retrieving datasets in Analytics Data Connector.

Mandatory PGP encryption for ADC

Select this checkbox to make PGP encryption mandatory for all GET dataset calls in Analytics Data Connector.

Apply No Lock on Report Preview mode

Select this checkbox to have Dayforce run the NOLOCK hint when previewing a report. When the checkbox is selected, Dayforce will run the NOLOCK hint when previewing a report. Selecting this checkbox mitigates the likelihood of Dayforce hanging due to resource retrieval issues.

When cleared, Dayforce doesn't run the NOLOCK hint when previewing a report. Clearing this checkbox increases the likelihood of Dayforce hanging when previewing a report.

Refresh Denormalized Tables Job Timeout

The number selected here determines how many minutes the Refresh Denormalized Tables background job runs before it times out.

Reporting Decimal Precision

Select a number between one and five to set your decimal precision value in reports.

Industry (for Measures Benchmark)

Select an industry to use as a benchmark comparison in Measures.
