Report Library

Enables access to the reports in the ad hoc report library. When you enable a report for a user role, users with that role can access it in both Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports and the feature screens that correspond with the report’s category, depending on access permissions for those features.

Report Library Subfeatures

Checkboxes for reports are nested under the Report Library feature according to the report categories in Reporting and Analytics > Reporting > Reports. To assign access to a report, you must also enable the report’s category and any parent categories. For example, to provide a user with access to the Benefit Election Changes report, you would select the following checkboxes: Benefit Election Changes, its category Elections, and the parent category Benefits.
