The ROE Generation notification lets subscribed users know when an ROE form has been generated. This feature only applies to employees in Canada.
ROE forms generated in the following ways set off this notification:
- Individual ROE forms created in the ROE sub-tab of Payroll > Pay Run Management or Payroll > Data Entry.
- Multiple ROE forms created using the Multiple ROE Request Wizard in the ROE sub-tab.
- Imported ROE entries which are then manually generated in the ROE sub-tab by clicking Generate > Generate Selected or Generate > Generate All.
- Amended ROE forms created in the ROE sub-tab of Payroll > Pay Run Management or Payroll > Data Entry.
- ROE forms added to Payroll > Pay Run Management by the Payroll Post Termination Job background job.
Regenerated ROE forms are excluded from this notification.
Subscribed users receive notifications in the Message Center and by email about the status of the completed ROE Generation background job. The message also lists the successful and failed ROE generation attempts by employee name.
