Publish Enrollments

To publish an enrollment:

  1. Go to Benefits Setup > Enrollments and click Load.
  2. In the Load dialog box, click View Tasks and confirm that no unpublish tasks are in progress for the enrollment that you want to publish.
  3. Note: If you attempt to publish a Periodic Enrollment while an unpublish task is running for that enrollment, Dayforce generates a notification. Check the task's status by clicking View Tasks and then publish the periodic enrollment when the status shows Completed.
  4. Open the enrollment that you want to publish.
  5. Click Publish and then OK.

When you publish an enrollment, Dayforce runs the background job that assigns the enrollment to eligible employees.

In addition, Dayforce shows the following after a successful publish:

  • The Published status in the information bar of the enrollment.
  • In the Load dialog box, a green icon next to the enrollment in the Published column.
