In the Person Management > Policy Association tab, you can verify whether employees are associated with the correct country for personal data management without the need to run a report.
Column | Description |

Name |
The name of the employee or candidate. |
Number |
The employee's employee number. |
Person Type |
The type of person, employee, or candidate. |
Deactivated Candidate |
Shows whether a candidate was deactivated. |
Exempted From Data Minimization |
Shows whether a candidate or employee is exempt from data minimization. |
Effective Date |
The date the data management policy for the employee or candidate came into effect. |
Employment Status |
The employment status of the employee. |
Data Management Country | The country that the employee or candidate is associated with for data minimization. |
Data Management State | The state that the employee or candidate is associated with for data minimization. |
Current Residence | The current country of residence of the employee or candidate. |
Current Pay Group | The current pay group country associated with the employee or candidate. |
Prior Residence | The prior country of residence of the employee or candidate |
Prior Pay Group | The prior pay group country associated with the employee. |
You can click Filter to open the Filter panel. There, you can add any combination of filters to show the list of policies that you need to see. You can also click Add Filter to add other parameters that aren’t shown in the list by default. If you have a combination of filters that you need to use often, you can save it as a favorite. See Add Favorite Filters.
