The following reports can be used to review which policies are associated with candidates and employees in your organization.
Candidate Detail for Personal Data Management Policy Association
This report identifies the country with which each candidate is associated. It’s this country that determines which policies are applied to the candidates' data. You can use this report to verify that candidates are associated with the correct country for personal data management.
The report contains the following columns:
- Candidate: Shows the candidate's name.
- Contact Last Modified Timestamp: Shows the time and date that the candidate's contact information was last modified.
- Is Deactivated: Shows whether the candidate's account has been deactivated in the client career site.
- Effective Start: Shows the date the record became effective.
- Effective End: Shows the end date of the record.
- Current Primary Residence Country Code: Shows the candidate's current primary address country. This is the country that the candidate's data management policy is based on by default.
- Prior Primary Residence Country Code: Shows the candidate's prior primary address country. The candidate's data management policy is based on this country if there is no current residence country available.
- Data Management Country Code: This is the country that the candidate is associated with for personal data management policies.
Employee Detail for Personal Data Management Policy Association
This report shows a list of employees and the personal data management policies that are associated with them. You can use this report to verify whether employees are associated with the correct country for personal data management:
The report contains the following columns:
- Employee: Shows the employee's name.
- Employee Reference Code: Shows a reference code for the employee.
- Effective Start: Shows the date the record became effective.
- Effective End: Shows the end date of the record.
- Data Management Employment Status Group: Shows the employment status group (active or terminated) associated with the policy.
- Current Primary Residence Country Code: Shows the employee's current primary address country. This is the country that the employee's data management policy is based on by default.
- Current Pay Group Country Code: Shows the employee’s current pay group country code. If there is no current primary residence country code for the employee, then their policy is based on this country.
- Prior Primary Residence Country Code: Shows the employee’s prior primary address country. If there is no current primary residence or current pay group country code for the employee, then their policy is based on this country.
- Prior Pay Group Country Code: Shows the country code associated with the employee's prior pay group. If there is no current primary residence, current pay group, or prior primary residence country code for the employee, then their policy is based on this country.
- Data Management Country Code: Shows the country that the employee is associated with for personal data management policies.
