Dayforce contains functionality that can help customers address data minimization requirements for legislation such as the European Union's (EU) General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). See European Union Personal Data Retention.
Customers can use the features in System Admin > Data Management Center to manage personal data retention policies and how they’re applied, and review errors that prevent a person's data from being removed. Employees can be exempted from the data removal process, and they can also be flagged for data deletion, even if their data hasn't reached the storage thresholds.
There are also several personal data management ad hoc reports. You can use them to report on which policies are associated with candidates and employees in your organization, and to review which people have data that should be deleted.
