Controls what the user role can do in the Quick Entries tab in the Payroll Import feature. The specific authorization types are listed here:
- Can Create: Role can import and manually add quick entries. If the Can Create checkbox is cleared, the Add button is hidden in the Quick Entries tab, and Quick Entries is hidden in the Import drop-down list in the Overview tab.
- Can Read: Role can read. If this isn’t selected, the user with this role is unable to see any quick entries.
- Can Update: Role can save, edit, approve, and reject quick entries.
- Can Delete: Role can delete quick entries. If the Can Delete checkbox is cleared, the Delete button is hidden in the Quick Entries tab, and the Delete button is disabled in the Overview tab in the Payroll Import feature.
Entries will respect Earnings and Deduction Groupings, as well as group filtering.
