The following table lists the fields that are included in the header row of the export file generated when you click Export > Pay Grade Rates in the Pay Grades tab of Org Setup > Jobs and Job Assignments. The order of the fields is the same as in the file. The file doesn't specify whether a field is required or optional, but the table does.
