The Overview screen in People shows high-level information about the employee, such as their hire date, department, and group. Although none of the information in this screen is editable, you can click View More in some of the sections to go to the corresponding screen where you can update the information. You can also click Refresh to update the information to reflect recent edits on other screens or in other areas of Dayforce.

Business Contacts |
View your employee's business contact information, such as their email address and phone numbers:

Compensation |
View your employee's pay information, such as pay frequency and pay group. Dayforce doesn't automatically show the employee's salary or pay rate, but you can view it in this section by clicking View. You can click View more to open the Employment > Employment Settings screen:
Depending on how Dayforce is configured, you might see the employee's total remuneration in the Remuneration field. When the Remuneration field is shown, its information is also initially hidden for security reasons. To reveal the employee's total remuneration package, click View. |
Employment |
View basic employment information, including your employee's hire date and status (for example, active or inactive). Click View more to open the Employment > Employment Settings screen:

Talent Factors |
View your employee’s talent factor ratings:

Time Away Balances |
View your employee's remaining balances. Dayforce shows the employee's first three active balances in alphabetical order:
When you click View more, Dayforce shows additional balances data in the Balance Information message. |
Work Assignment |
View your employee's primary work assignment. If the job assignment has a business title assigned, Dayforce shows it here. You can click View more to open the Work > Work Assignments screen:
