Open Enrollment export configurations allow benefits administrators to export information related to annual enrollment to a third-party vendor. The export file includes data for employees, dependents, and beneficiaries who have elections associated with the selected carrier.
If you need to generate an Open Enrollment file for the carrier in addition to your Ongoing file, make sure to enter a value in the Dayforce Link Receiver Id (Open Enrollment) field of the export configuration in addition to the fields you’ve configured for the Ongoing export. The Open Enrollment background jobs don't use any of the other fields of the export configuration to generate the file.
Note: Even though the Open Enrollment job doesn't use many of the fields of the export configuration, you must still enter values in all of the required fields for it to function.
