First time access emails (FTAEs) are welcome messages sent to new employees that include instructions on how to access Dayforce for the first time.
Use this screen to see the status of the FTAEs, including the last delivery attempt and the number of delivery attempts remaining.
If an employee didn't yet log in to Dayforce, you can send them another FTAE from this screen. Select the Send First Time Access Email checkbox, then select the email template that you want to use from the First Time Access Email Template list.
