The OSHA 300A report returns a summary of work-related injuries and illnesses. It’s run for a specific year and location, and is configured with the appropriate reporting information in the report settings. It’s based on information recorded in HR health and safety incident records submitted on the Safety & Health (USA) form, or recorded in the Employment > Safety and Health Incidents screen of People.
You can run this report in HR Admin > Compliance Reporting > OSHA.
Note: If you configured compliance reporting information for the location, it's automatically populated in the report. See Compliance Reporting Overview (US).
Setting | Description |

SIC | The SIC (Standard Industrial Classification) code for the location. |
Annual average number of employees | The annual average number of employees. |
Total hours worked by all employees last year | The total hours worked by all employees last year. |
Certifying Official Name | The name of the certifying official. |
Title | The certifying official’s title. |
Phone Number | The certifying official’s phone number. |
Certification Date | The certification date. |
Format | The format for the report file: Excel or PDF. |
