The OSHA 300 report returns a log of work-related injuries and illnesses. It’s run for a specified date range and location, and based on information recorded in HR health and safety incident records submitted in the Safety & Health (USA) form, or saved in the Employment > Safety and Health Incidents screen of People.
You can run this report in HR Admin > Compliance Reporting > OSHA.

Setting | Description |

Date Range | The start and end date for the range of data included in the report. The report lists any employees who were hired during this period. |
Primary Location | The primary location included in the report. |
Format | The format of the report file: Excel or PDF format. |
