You can add a notification node to inform the submitter of the review (usually the manager) that it was approved. Adding this notification is optional, and it is separate from the standard notifications that Dayforce sends to users outside of the workflow process.
You should add the notification node after the observing class notification node, so that Dayforce only sends the notification after the review moves to the next step. In the preconfigured workflows, the Approved Notification node has the Send to Submitter checkbox selected to send the notification to the submitter.
