Notification Configurations

As an administrator, you can see a list of all of the system notifications and their settings in the Configurations tab of System Admin > System Notifications. You can use the screen to understand how and where email notifications are delivered, and which email address type receives each notification.

Role feature access: System Admin > System Admin > System Notifications > Configurations

When you open the tab, you see a list of all system notifications with their details in read-only format. You can enter all or part of a notification name in the Search field to find the one you need. The Expand All button expands all of the categories in the list to show all of the notifications.

The Configurations tab shows the following information in the columns of the list:

Subscriptions Some notifications support subscriptions by user and role, while others don’t because the features sending the messages determine the recipients.

Message Center
  • Some notifications are configured to be sent to Message Center as a mandatory channel.

    Business Email Addresses

    Some notifications can be sent only to business email addresses, while others can be sent to all addresses.

    Verified Email Addresses Some notifications can be sent only to verified email addresses, while others can be sent to all addresses.

    Respect Alerts Some notifications are delivered to email addresses that have the Alerts checkbox selected in the employee’s contact information.
