This background job aggregates merchandising department data. Typically, this task is run before the KPI Synchronization task. It’s for customers with merchandising departments configured in Dayforce that want to routinely persist KPI data. The merchandising department actual data needs to be rolled up using this new task before Dayforce refreshes the KPI data.

| Offset Start (Periods) | The number of weeks prior to the running of the background job that Dayforce begins to aggregate data. Enter a negative number to indicate a number of weeks in the past. |
| Length (Periods) | The length of time, in weeks, that Dayforce aggregates data when the task runs. Along with the Offset Start (Periods) value, this determines the time range for which the background job aggregates data. For example, to aggregate last week’s merchandising department data, enter -1 in Offset Start and 1 in Length. |
